Cancellations / refunds
Missed Sessions by Participants
If a child misses a scheduled session, no refund or credit will be provided. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances at the discretion of T39 Soccer Academy, using reasonable judgement.Sessions Cancelled by T39
If T39 Soccer Academy cancels a session due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the session will either:
be rescheduled, or
be credited as a discount toward future classes.
Refunds
No other refunds will be given.
player Code of conduct
All players at T39 Soccer Academy are expected to:
Show respect to coaches, team-mates, opponents, referees and parents at all times.
Listen carefully and follow instructions from coaches.
Arrive on time and ready to train with the correct equipment, including boots, shin pads and a water bottle.
Always give their best effort, maintain a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
Encourage team-mates and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times. Bullying, disrespect or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Take care of academy equipment, facilities and training areas.
Play fairly and honestly, showing good sportsmanship in training and matches.
Inform coaches if injured or feeling unwell.
Represent T39 in a positive manner both on and off the pitch.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension or removal from sessions if necessary.

All parents and guardians at T39 are expected to:
Treat coaches, players, referees and other parents with respect at all times.
Encourage all players positively and avoid negative behaviour on the side-lines.
Allow coaches to coach and avoid giving conflicting instructions during sessions, matches and car journeys.
Ensure children arrive on time, prepared and ready to participate.
Promote effort, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship over winning.
Raise concerns privately and respectfully with academy staff, not during sessions or in front of players.
Support a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all families.
Never engage in abusive, aggressive or inappropriate language or behaviour.
Respect academy policies regarding payments, attendance, cancellations and communication.
Help children represent T39 positively on and off the pitch.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in warnings or being asked to leave the venue, and serious matters may lead to suspension of participation.

T39 is committed to providing a safe, supportive and positive environment for every child. The welfare of all children is our highest priority and child safety is non-negotiable.
Commitment to Child Safety
We are committed to protecting children from harm, abuse, neglect, bullying and exploitation in any form. Every child has the right to feel safe, respected and included at all times.
Safe Environment
T39 will provide a safe training environment where children are supervised appropriately and treated with care, dignity and respect.
Appropriate Behaviour
All coaches, staff, volunteers, parents and players are expected to behave appropriately towards children at all times. Bullying, intimidation, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language or misconduct will not be tolerated.
Recruitment & Suitability
All coaches and staff working with children must be suitable to do so and meet any required legal or screening obligations, including Working With Children Check requirements where applicable.
Supervision
Children must be appropriately supervised during training sessions, matches and academy activities. Parents or guardians remain responsible for children outside scheduled session times.
Reporting Concerns
Any concerns regarding child safety, welfare, inappropriate behaviour or misconduct must be reported to T39 immediately. All concerns will be taken seriously, handled sensitively and acted upon appropriately.
Communication
Communication with children will remain professional, appropriate and related only to academy activities. Where practical, communication should include parents or guardians.
Photography & Social Media
Photos or videos of children will only be used appropriately and respectfully. T39 will aim to obtain parent or guardian consent before using images for promotional purposes.

We are committed to creating an environment where all children feel welcome regardless of background, ability, gender, culture or religion.
Zero Tolerance
T39 has zero tolerance for any behaviour that places a child at risk. Any serious breach of this policy may result in removal from activities and referral to relevant authorities where required.
